Opening Hours
Park of Gardens
The ticket office is open daily from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. from April 18 to October 4, 2026. The exit is open until 9.45 p.m. Different opening hours may apply during special events. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the garden show grounds.

- 15 February 2026 - "Winter blossom in the park", ticket office opening hours: 9.30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- 15 March 2025 - "Winter heather in the park", ticket office opening hours: 9.30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- 03 - 06 April 2026 - "Heralds of spring in the park", ticket office opening hours: 9.30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- 11 October 2026 - "Autumn impressions in the park", ticket office opening hours: 9.30 a.m. - 5 .p.m.
Administration - open all year round
- Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Monday - Thursday 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
You will find the administration on the 1st floor of the visitor centre - entrance with glass roof coming from the bus car park.

Beneficiaries against proof:
- Valid for day and annual tickets: pupils aged 18 and over from general and vocational schools, Bad Zwischenahn spa card holders, trainees, students, those doing military or voluntary service, unemployed persons, severely disabled persons (from 80%), holders of the Lower Saxony/Bremen volunteer card.
- Valid for day tickets: Nordwest-Treuewelt-App, holders of day/annual tickets from our co-operation partner Museumsdorf Cloppenburg, holders of the Niedersachsen-Ticket
Illumination - Lichtzauber im Park, August 7 until September 13 2026
- The Illumination does not count as a special event.
- The normal day ticket applies.
- A special ticket or reservation is not required.
- There is no evening ticket during the Illumination.
- Admission is free for annual ticket holders and for all persons under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult.
