Illumination - "Lichtzauber im Park" from 8 August to 10 September
During the Illumination - ‘Lichtzauber im Park’ from 8 August to 10 September, the ticket office is open daily from 9.30 am to 10 pm. The exit is open until midnight. The illumination also takes place on evenings with stage events.
Special openings 2025
09 February 2025 - Special opening: Winter blossom in the park, ticket office opening hours: 9.30 am to 4 pm
16 March 2025 - Special opening: Winter heather in the park, ticket office opening hours: 9.30 am to 4 pm
06 April 2025 - Special opening: Heralds of spring in the park, ticket office opening hours: 9.30 am to 6 pm
12 October 2025 - Autumn impressions in the park, ticket office opening hours: 9.30 am to 6 pm
Administration - open all year round
Monday to Friday: mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Monday to Thursday: afternoons from 1 to 4 pm
You will find the administration on the 1st floor of the visitor centre - entrance with glass roof coming from the bus car park.

Groups
The reduced rate of €11.00 per person per day ticket applies for groups of 15 or more.
Beneficiaries against proof
Valid for day and annual tickets: pupils aged 18 and over from general and vocational schools, Bad Zwischenahn spa card holders, trainees, students, those doing military or voluntary service, unemployed persons, severely disabled persons (from 80%), holders of the Lower Saxony/Bremen volunteer card.
Valid for day tickets: NWZ-Card holders, holders of day/annual tickets from our co-operation partner Museumsdorf Cloppenburg, holders of the Niedersachsen-Ticket
